Q: Do you do all of the work yourself or do you contract it all out?
A: We are skilled and highly experienced in all phases of construction, and we do as much ourselves as possible, however we sometimes do contract out specialty areas such as tile flooring, etc.  And we always contract out trade specialties, such as plumbing and electric, to reputable, qualified, licensed professionals. 

Q: Do I have to pull a permit?
A: No, we, as your contractor, will pull all necessary permits. 

Q: Do I need blueprints?
A: No, we provide design services and will work with you to create what you are looking for. 

Q: How long will it take?
A: All projects are different and there are often unforeseen circumstances when in the demolition stage that need attention and may add a little bit of time to the overall length of the project. Our priority is to do the job right, time is never our preoccupation. However, before we begin the project, we will discuss with you how long we estimate it will take, as well as take into consideration your expectations and time requirements. 

We understand construction in the home can be stressful and our goal is to finish as quickly as possible while respecting your home and working as neatly as possible so that you may begin to enjoy your investment sooner and with the least amount of stress possible!
